Both 2013 graduates of Blue Mountain High School in Schuylkill Haven, PA, and rising juniors at American University in Washington, D.C., Kirsten Bickelman and Alex Falco spent their spring semester hard at work in Rep. Cartwright’s Washington, D.C. office.
