U.S. Rep. Cartwright convenes roundtable at U of S

During a roundtable discussion Monday morning at the University of Scranton, Powell was joined by U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright; U.S. Rep. Madeleine Dean; Larry Whitehead, coordinator of the Luzerne County Drug Task Force; Scranton School Board President Ty Holmes; Capt. Michael Walsh, commanding officer of Pennsylvania State Police Troop R in Dunmore, and college officials to discuss interagency/multicounty law enforcement efforts to curb gangs and gun violence.
