U.S. Representative Matt Cartwright and U.S. Senator Bob Casey joined Wilkes-Barre Mayor George Brown and climate advocates Monday for a press conference to call for immediate action to address increasingly frequent and severe extreme weather events affecting Pennsylvania’s communities.
