The official benefits website of the U.S. government to increase citizen access to benefit information, while reducing the expense and difficulty of interacting with the government. Contact Opportunities are procurement notices from federal contracting offices which may be just what your business or organization is looking for. The Federal Register is a great resource as the official daily publication for rules, proposed rules, and notices of federal agencies and organizations, as well as executive orders and other presidential documents.

Much of the federal grant budget moves to the states through formula and block grants -- state, regional, and local Federal offices often handle grants applications and funds disbursement. Each Federal agency has its own procedures - if the CFDA program description refers to a state or regional information contact as listed in Appendix IV, constituents/applicants should contact the federal department or agency office listed here before applying for funding to obtain the most up-to-date information.
