Biden arrives in Scranton, Cartwright pushing for Scranton-NYC train line

It’s been a focus for U.S. Representative Matt Cartwright (D) ever since he was elected. Getting a train service from Scranton to New York City again.

As Air Force One touched down at Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Airport International Airport- he and President Biden know Congress needs to pass the infrastructure bill.

"$85 million a year in additional economic activity in NEPA. That's jobs." Cartwright said Wednesday.
