Congressman Matt Cartwright is still self-quarantining after being with a friend who tested positive for coronavirus. But Wednesday- he hosted a telephone town hall. The representative took questions from the public. Some people were concerned about the impact the virus is having on local businesses. Others are afraid of what could happen if we go back to normal activity too soon. "We're going to need first, everyone's help to slow the spread of this disease," Cartwright said on the phone. "It's vital that we continue to listen to our state and local leaders. Follow the recommendations of the national Center of Disease Control." Geisinger doctors were also on the telephone town hall. They say to keep washing your hands and don't touch your face. |
