The Scranton Times-Tribune

“The University of Scranton is grateful to Congressman Cartwright for his support and encouragement as we seek a Community Projects Funding grant,” according to a statement from the university. “If approved, the grant would help to fund a new university center that leverages academic strengths in health and science that have long been part of our educational offerings and outreach to the community.
