Today, Senator Bob Casey and Representative Matt Cartwright will join health care advocates and local residents as part of Protect Our Care’s nationwide bus tour to celebrate the Inflation Reduction Act’s measures to drive down health care costs for millions of working families and seniors. At Wednesday’s event, speakers will discuss how the bill lowers premiums for 13 million Americans/gives Medicare the power to negotiate for lower drug prices/lowers prescription drug prices for seniors/delivers relief to people with disabilities, people of color, and rural Americans and let Pennsylvanians know how and when they can access these new benefits.
