“It’s hard to wrap your head around it, kind of have to be a physic major to understand it, but what it means is jobs, it means more economic opportunities for Pennsylvania, we can't say what shape its going take but it’s about keeping your eye on the future, it’s about defense, intelligence, and staying ahead of the Chinese,” said Congressman Matt Cartwright.
