United States Representative Matt Cartwright held a press conference in Wilkes-Barre on Monday to announce an upcoming quantum science initiative in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Under this new initiative, Cartwright says the government will be collaborating with businesses in Northeastern Pennsylvania to accelerate commercialization and enable new developments to benefit the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, and NASA.
