Through the partnership initiated by U.S. Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-8, Moosic, Jacobs will offer advice to keep the university’s cyber-related undergraduate and graduate curriculum current.
Great challenges in supply chain issues have led to great opportunities, said James J. Pierson, dean of the College of Business at Misericordia University. A supply chain management specialization program has been added to the College of Business and it’s one way local colleges and universities are adapting to the ever-changing business world. Pierson said business students specializing in supply chain management will be prepared to address issues relating to scarce resources, e-commerce demands and market-impacting events such as COVID-19, military crises and major weather-related events. |
